To place a wholesale order, you must be registered as a retail business.
BRAND EQUITY PRESERVATION
Passage Pillows and its retail partners agree to a unified pricing structure to protect the brand and products of the company and the margins for our partners worldwide. Retailers that commit to protecting their margins and our branding and pricing are welcome partners.
All items are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. All returns must be preauthorized and in saleable condition. Email Passage Pillows for an authorization code prior to sending your return – it must be included with any return. Authorized returns made within 60 days of purchase with receipt will receive a full refund or credit less shipping and handling charges. Merchandise credit must be used within one year of issuance. No returns after 60 days. Please insure your return — Passage Pillows cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items.
Retailers are permitted to resell Passage Pillows products in their own stores and online on their company store sites ONLY. Passage Pillows will support you with images for your site. Retailing on aggregators / reseller sites, such as Amazon and EBay, is prohibited. Passage Pillows products will be sold to end customers only. We do not accept 3rd party sellers on Amazon or any other consumer site. If a retailer violates this policy or the pricing policy, it will be required to immediately return product at its expense plus a 20% restocking fee.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping and Handling charges will be based on weight and size, with a minimum charge of $12.95. Free shipping on domestic orders over 15 units.
In stock orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days, usually sooner.
